We were pleased with the service at our home. There were advanced calls to let us know when the tech would arrive. Mike was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable-providing info and instruction.
Worst customer service I have ever received. I call to get a quote and the woman at the front desk has an attitude and ignores my question which clearly states on their website what they do and she told me that they don't do that worst
