They are great. Big help and friendly. Danyail was a great help
The environment was relaxing and welcoming. Danyail's patience & grace was greatly appreciated. She made my visit quite smooth. Usually when its for me to purchase new frames in the store I'm left unattended and have to figure things out on my own. This time nothing like that happen which was a refreshing experience thanks to her.
My experience was great. I had an appointment for 1:00pm and arrived early to make sure all paperwork was completed. It was nice they were able to see me earlier. Christine, who was helping me was very patient and allow me to look for a frame that would fit me. It’s nice to have someone that doesn’t rush you and is kind. Thanks I’ll be back
Front desk lady is very pleasant and so are the doctors. Thank you for your help. Everyone in between the process needs a lot of support to get better in customer service. They kept me waiting for a very long time. A transaction that normally should take no more than 40 minutes (from front desk to after doctor’s time) took me almost two hours. And all waiting and waiting. It is going to be almost one month and I am still waiting for my glasses to arrive.
This afternoon I went into the office not having a clue about the frames I wanted, I just knew I needed glasses. While continuing to go back and forth through glasses the tech/assistant Danyail came over and assisted me & suggested a great pair of designer frames (that I love of course) and her customer service was impeccable. I would recommend a few of my co workers to this location just because of how kind, patient and helpful she was. I hope to see her every year. Great experience
