Front desk receptionist is very rude. On top of this, they don’t clean their machines between uses which is absolutely disgusting. No one is properly trained so everything is extremely disorganized. Forget calling to ask simple questions, because they don’t know what they are talking about. Now I’m stuck with a bad prescription and no contacts or glasses.
Rushed. Trial Contacts never came in. I am not confident in my new prescription and I already received my new glasses and ordered Contacts (from someone else) with that prescription. Haven't used new glasses. Been using my old ones. Just going to wait next year to definitely go somewhere else. I'm sorry, their staff tried, but not sorry. I am uncomfortable going back to try to correct everything. Worst eye exam/ getting glasses / trying to order Contacts experience.
Been coming here for Years love the location love the service this time not so much feel like I was rushed through my exam had to wait over an hour to get frames picked out an ordered then after a month waiting for a text I finally call and one pair is ready other pair got lost in transit so now waiting when I go to pick up the first pair have to wait a long time they gave me the display model pair that is all chipped up and super crooked and will not straighten no matter what so I had to leave very angry and cannot wear the... read more
I called to ask about ordering contacts, and after explaining myself, I was put on hold abruptly and left there for 15 minutes before I hung up.
They fixed 2 pairs that i didn't think was possible and did it for free. I wished I knew about this company last year when I had another pair of glasses fixed that cost me over $100
