Had. 10:30 appointment & still waiting 45 minutes later.
Optometrist is great unfortunately front end staff is disorganized. Too busy gabbing about their personal lives. I had an appointment and had been dropped off their schedule. Instead of accomadating it was blame game. Who helped you last week? Are you sure you have an appointment? Pethaps management needs to complete additionalal customer service training. Disappointed.
I gave this Place America's Best A 5 Star. Thank you Dr Robert Dunlap and his Assistant who did the Eye Exam and Braulio who Assisted us with picking out our frames and for Excellent Customer Service. Came here with My Sister 04/07/17 and Our Glasses will be ready within 7-10 Business Days. Would Highly Recommend this Place to Families And Friends. Who? Who?
