auto glass service put my windshield in good but left glue on my dash dripped it in three places ,i took graffiti remover and removed most of it was at fade after that so you know the facts about Johnson city TN auto glass service .and he scratched my hood left a V in it .he left more damages than the windshield was worth .

Had Side quarter glass replaced after window was broken. Factory glass was ordered and installed. Technician did not protect the vehicle when removing the broken glass. When window was installed the gasket and rear of window were not seated correctly.The technician said when the glue dried it would be fine. The operations manager came out to view the issues, as there was no change once glue dried, and agreed it was not set correctly and said they would replace the window, with a new window. Never got my windshield replaced by glass america. I'm in gulf breeze fl. Called on 15march, scheduled for 16 march. Said tech would call that morning with time.. someone at office called on 16 march, said could not install till 23 march. 23 march 4:30 pm I called to ask what time they would be here. They said I was "scheduled for Wednesday, no wait, thursday march 26". Didn't happen.. I cancelled. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, it's over.
