I got upset at my appointment and cancelled because they didn't accept my husband's cc. I went back and apologized and they made me wait 35 mins to tell me she'd call me later. When I tried to get home with Uber the cars was flagged and I was stranded until a patient offered me a ride home. When the OM called me she treated me terribly and would not accept my explanation or apology. I cannot go back even though I apologized and explained I was going through some stressful life events.

I am currently and will continue to be a loyal patient of Dr. Glaser. He’s been caring for me for a few years, now. He is genuinely a great and very caring Dr. He has helped me deal with the daily pain I’m in.

I was introduced to Dr. Glaser through a friend who highly recommended Dr. Glaser as the Best Pain Specialist in Illinois' She stated 'Dr. Glaser actually cared for you and listened to your pain situations. I have seen Dr. Glaser and staff for over 20 years. In my eyes, the man walks on water. Dr Glaser is a caring practitioner with a focus on reducing one's pain and preventing more invasive procedures like fusion. His dedication to the field can be seen thru his publications and roles within the industry. What can I say, love this place! I will see anyone of the doctors or nurses there all great! I have some really bad feet 5 surgeries later and hands 4 surgeries later, lower back and both knees and hip which need to be replaced. After having 13 surgeries I need a break from that. I get injections all the time, it really helps with the pain, after an injection it helps me sleep through the night. Thanks to Dr Glaser, Maria and Tia, and all the new medical staff.

I just saw Jennifer one of the nurses and she was sooo understanding!! Dr. Glasier wanted to decrease my pain pills and I said “please no!!” I have another issue besides my back and neck problems. I have a rather rare condition in my mouth that no dentist or oral surgeon or Ears, nose, and throat doctor can figure out!! I have to see a specialist in Ohio to help me!!!! Couldn't even schedule because the office manager and staff are laughable and rude. Don't even know why I came here in the past..... Only gave 2 stars because I felt like in the past the simple process of scheduling an appt was easy...

About one year ago I injured my back. I was in pain, great pain. I called many spine specialists. Dr. Glaser office was the first to response to my help. I read many reviews good and bad and I have to say after Dr. Glaser reviewing MRI he also suggest steroid injection. After months of heeling time, I'm also taking Physical therapy. I thank you Dr. S. Glaser. I'm pain free, not handicap, doing things I used to. I'm happy again. Thank you.
