I recently went in for a treatment. I had a family emergency I needed to be at the emergency room. They kept me against my Will and I filed charges for kidnapping, civil rights violations and physical intimidation.

I can’t say enough about the level of care and expertise Jesse Perez provided for the two plus years I was with her. When we first met I wasn't in a good place. My mood was volatile and I struggled, initially, to communicate my needs. Jesse was patient every step of the way. She has a great ear, and substantive, often challenging observations. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in support of parents and child patients. There have been occasions when a pharmacy cannot fill a medication, she is responsive and will resend to another pharmacy. She is consistently friendly and caring. As a parent navigating this journey, we appreciate her greatly.

For a few years, I have been using the therapy services of Jana Arthur and the Psychiatric services of Jesse Perez. Although, recently I feel Jesse and I weren't a great match. I was able to get my medication refills and paperwork when needed. I wanted to highlight Jana Arthurs professionalism. She has always given me ways to help me deal with my mood disorder.
