Had a hard day last Friday. One massage by Cindy was just what I needed!!!!
Cindy has made an incredible difference in my wellbeing. I found her when I was looking for a massage therapist about 4 years ago and I will continue to see her as long as I can. I have several nagging athletic injuries (lower back, achilles, tight IT bands, etc.) that I could mostly keep at bay with stretching and massage. Cindy has amazing knowledge and ability to identify and eliminate root causes of pain. I have appreciated her massage and orthobionomy techniques for 15+ years! She helps me manage my stress!!
Cindy is a fantastic massage therapist and Ortho-bionomy practitioner, the best I've experienced in 15+ years of using massage. I have mostly used her for Ortho-bionomy, which is a lesser-known bodywork practice that gently releases muscle tension through slow, subtle body movement. It's hard to explain, but it's so worth trying. We and everyone we know who have tried her have experienced immediate and long-term results. And she's very reasonably priced and a kind, easy therapist to work with. Highly recommend!
