You were extremely accommodating during the initial install of the furnace and new gas pipes. Overall I was satisfied with the service and the furnace seems to be working good. I was not happy that some liquid was spilled on the basement floor (maybe just water) and not mopped up. Also, something was dumped into the basement sink that left some staining. Even though it's a basement I try to keep it clean! Thanks very much! Satisfied My overall experience has been great.
