He did an amazing job handling everything for me and guiding me in the right direction, but not only that,He did an amazing job handling everything for me and guiding me in the right direction, but not only that, he also gave me legal advice on other situations and who to go to.
After being rear ended I was greeted with harassing calls from the insurance company at fault to settle. Ask why not settle; if this or that. Yet not once did I feel like I was being treated as a human. The other party's insurance company does not allow a change of representative even when I requested and told them why.
