This law firm has an incompetent attorney working for them and they do respond in a timely matter. I was referred by Legal Shield in Illinois and I’ve been trying to get a letter sent to a contractor since January 6, 2026 and I paid for them to mail the letter certified yet to date the letter has not been sent. On January 26, 2026, I left a message for the supervisor to call me and to date no one has followed up with me. Reached out to this firm because I was doxxed, and being cyberstalked, and cyberbullied, but apparently I have to do a lawyer and police officer's job. The first time I called this firm, the receptionist was unprofessional. She didn't seem to care what I had to say and repeated, " let tge lawyer know." I had an extremely disappointing experience with Glantzlaw Firm while trying to complete my Trust and Estate Planning documents. This process has now gone into the second month, and I still have not received the correct electronic paperwork needed to finalize my documents. The first set of documents I received was incorrect, and even after it was supposedly corrected, the second version was still wrong.
