After waiting weeks for his initial call, Filipe Franca refused to help me write or even edit a demand letter. I wasted my money because I already paid for this service in advance. He was condescending on the phone.
I am a luxury real estate agent here in Florida. My customer who has an offer right now has been trying to reach this office for two days. I have called and emailed the attorney multiple times. Her voicemail is not set up at her office, and has no auto email response. My customer is about to lose an offer all because I can’t even get this firm to answer the phone. Completely unacceptable. I can’t even get a receptionist to talk to me!
I would leave 0 stars after this firm cannot do simple revisions to forms. They ignore you for a month at a time which becomes beyond frustrating when it turns into over a year's time!
If you looking for the BEST attorney that is caring, hard working and detail oriented, look no further! Vladimir Larios is the one! He’s definitely very different from the typical lawyers that most important to them is the amount of money that they can get from a case. I have been a member of Legal Shield for almost 20 years and was assigned this bottom of the barrel law firm as their representative. They wouldn't even write me letter when I needed it the most. Most of their lawyers are sub-standard and probably can't get a job at a real law firm. They rarely return calls in a timely manner, and when they do they provide second-rate legal assistance.
