The customer service is not exactly through the roof. After asking a question that required a simple answer I was out on hold for 30 minutes. I called back a few minutes later and as soon as I started speaking they hung up on me. Heading to DSK Care Law instead! Would definitely recommend DSK when you have issues with Glantz. I recently sought guidance from Attorney Jacqueline Torres and came away genuinely disappointed. Horrible! If could give no stars I would. Attorneys don't call during their appointment time. A cease and decist letter looked read like it was written by middle schooler. After filing a grievance with Legal Shield, I recieved a call from Dante in the firms Customer Care department. He is probably the best thing GlantzLaw has going for it.
