I would leave 0 stars after this firm cannot do simple revisions to forms. They ignore you for a month at a time which becomes beyond frustrating when it turns into over a year's time!

I have been a member of Legal Shield for almost 20 years and was assigned this bottom of the barrel law firm as their representative. They wouldn't even write me letter when I needed it the most. Most of their lawyers are sub-standard and probably can't get a job at a real law firm. They rarely return calls in a timely manner, and when they do they provide second-rate legal assistance. My experience with Glantzlaw was deeply disappointing. I was contacted by multiple supervisors including Mariana, Kim, Nina, Tim ,Pam and Rossanna who frequently gave conflicting information, making an already difficult process even more confusing. I came to them during my divorce needing real support and clear guidance, and I got neither. I would not recommend this company.I will be cancelling my legal shield membership!
