I bought their legal insurance plan with monthly payments — LEGALSHIELD. I opened my first claim, but they refused to consult me because my English isn’t perfect. The level of service provided falls far short of what was promised during the subscription process. The front desk/call center rarely answers the phone, and on the rare occasions they do, the representatives often lack the necessary knowledge to assist. I’m beyond disappointed with LegalShield. I was treated with complete disrespect by one of their lawyers — he hung up on me just because I asked if I could add my husband to the call. Completely unprofessional. When my husband called to follow up, they rudely told him the call was scheduled for the next day (which was NOT true), and then the next day… no one even called. Horrible. This law agency was assigned to me and Bret was the worst experience I’ve had with someone who suppose to be a lawyer. Did not do anything literally NOTHING‼️ He’ll be receiving a letter of intent along with LegalShield(whom already received theirs) and the ghost lawyer he referred me to.
