Grand Haven touts themselves as a major builder - they are not. There is really 1 owner. Normally, that would be an advantage where you would get personalized service and customizations, especially since they consider themselves a custom home builder - we were not allowed to paint baseboards a slighlty darker hue of tan. The value is simply not there, being a smaller builder they have to charge premiums other builders don't.
