FYI. .IF you people there at Glancy can"t stand a patient and you can't hide it and you are calling them names...giving them unkind nick-names..gossiping behind their backs, are impatient and unkind with them etc. and the patient does not like you anyway AND the feeling is mutual....DISCHARGE THEM.!!!!!!! end of problem. otherwise...potential elder abuse.
As an advocate for others i care for and about all this b.s. about how caring, how amazing and brilliant you staff people think you are and perhaps in the eyes of visitors you know how to impress with your faux benevolence and phony platitudes. You are not nice people though, in reality, to those held captive and actually you do more harm than good.
