Booked with Zummy for a massage and facial. The first session she was 15 mins late and notified me about 5 mins before our appointment. The hands on work was great and she explained the facial in detail as it was my first. The 2nd appointment she was also late and didn’t explain anything. This business is running some kind of scam. Starting from the beginning: I contacted them because my insurance said they are in network. Glamrush confirmed that they take my insurance. I'm new to navigating the health insurance system, but Glamrush insisted they would help me through it. Several massage sessions later, I've been paying 100% out of pocket, and Glamrush has not submitted any claims. It's been over two months now, and still no claims submitted. Don't be deterred by the Lloyd Center location. Zummy is absolutely worth it. She is attentive, caring, calming, and skilled. On my first visit she asked detailed questions about what exactly I needed. On my second visit, she checked in again and responded well when I told her to avoid certain parts of my body and focus on others. She has been helpful at every step of the way and most importantly, her massage skills have an instant benefit that leaves me counting the days until I can go back for more.
