Ivonne is the absolute best! I had a few sessions last year and I am blown away with the amount of hair that hasn't come back considering how much hair I had. Ivonne is an expert and makes you feel so comfortable and well taken care of......I will be purchasing another package very soon to remove the remaining hair.

Normal and clean space but I wouldn't label it a "professional" spa. The tech applying my chemical peel was extremely sick during my appointment and did not consider just calling me to reschedule the appointment. We all get sick, I would've understood. This probably occured because the first time I scheduled my appointment, the tech was a no show.
