This place is amazing !!! The nail tech was kind and gentle definitely will be going back !!!
They have zero respect for customers time. Upon arrival they should at least tell us what the estimated wait time will be, to allow us the option to stay or find another shop. Waited over an hour for a simple pedicure with less than 5 customers In The shop in the middle of the week. The employees would finish with the customers in their chair and disappear to the back, leaving the rest of us to wait.
Did my 17 yr old daughters nails and she didn't like them so they took her nails off and still made her pay $65 instead of trying to make them right. They do what they want to do not what you ask them to do. NO professionalism at all and very rude
