Sat down pretty fast for a walk in appointment however went to get my nails done for a vacation and a day later my nail bed got infected. Never have I had this happen to me before I was in another state already so at the time I just called and asked for a refund and I was met with a nasty attitude and nasty response, I never got a name of who I was on the phone nor an apology and they tried to shift the blame to me all though I have not ever had this happen to my nails.

I’m completely taken back by the sheer lack of professionalism and acceptable custom service this shop has. I went to this shop to get my nails done for a vacation. Two days after I got my nails done (powder dip), two nails popped off from me simply putting on my shoes. I did absolutely nothing negligent and believe that the nails tips were not installed and glued down properly. I went back to the shop because I thought that they would fix it in good faith. Lady argued I had gel nails when I didn’t. How embarrassing. She was gonna charge me $5 extra.. What a joke. Then to have French tip was an extra $10. I quit going to this Salon years ago. But I needed a pedicure so bad and the place I normally go was packed and this place had no wait. I have never got in and out of a Pedicure so fast in all my life. Lol. Rude I gave it a three because she didn’t do too bad of a job although she did not get my heels good at all.

i got a gel manicure and a spa pedicure. ive never been to this salon before but ill definitely be returning! the man who did my nails did such a great job and that was the best pedicure experience ive ever had !
