I’m sad to write this because I usually love this place for a quick brow thread and lip wax but yesterday’s associate (new girl?) burned the heck out of my face. I went in to get cleaned up for a work event but now I have scars my best concealer can’t cover and these won’t heal for weeks - really disappointed. Update: I went back to speak to someone about it and they gave me some cream to apply but no other resolution. Photos are of the results the first day, a day after, and the cream I was given.

I arrived at 6:52 and they didn’t want to service me because they close at 7:00 it’s not even 7 and I simply wanted to thread my eyebrows, and I specifically told her that I only wanted to do my eyebrows, that was very rude , plus I’m a regular customer but after this experience I won’t be coming here anymore.

Anu was absolutely amazing. This was my 1st wax ever and she made me feeling comfortable and supported throughout the process. She went above and beyond to make sure was comfortable even when I was running off the table lol. This will be my fover waxing place to go. I recommend her to anyone that need a great quality wax!!!!!
