Very bad experience with them my dog came out with cherry eye and a cut on his nose and they don't want to pay for the medical bill and she tells me that is not her problem and that is only estetic and that she is not going to pay the only thing she could do is if i wanted to go back is to give me a discount on the service and now I'm left with the bills and my baby with a cherry eye he didn't have. I do not recommend them for nothing very bad experience 😡😡😡😡

I have been coming to glamour pooch for around 6 years! I have 5 small dogs and I’ve never been disappointed. They care for each fur baby as if it were their own. I love this place.

Very bad experience with the grooming of my doggie😢
We moved to El Paso about three years ago. I was concerned that we wouldn't find a groomer like the one we had in San Diego. We tried another groomer and it was such a bad experience. We didn't think we'd find a groomer we all liked. Then, we found Glamour Pooch. We couldn't be happier with the service. Rocky hates going to the groomer and doesn't mind showing it.
