This grooming salon asked me to drop off my dog at 10:00 a.m. which I did. Once he was dropped off, they said they would call when he was ready. I never received a call back until 4:00 that afternoon to pick him up. I was out on personal errands and couldn't get there until 4:45 and the owner was irate and told me she would "charge me extra" for making them stay late. I have been taking my dogs here for 5 or so years! I have two shih tzu’s and they always do a wonderful job on their hair!! Love love glamour paws and don’t trust anyone else with my fur kids
