She is the absolute best person for both manicures and pedicures. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she makes the whole experience so relaxing. My nails always look flawless and last forever. I recently visited this nail salon on 9/11/26 for an appointment to remove my builder gel due to discoloration under my nail. I mentioned this concern when booking the appointment and again to my nail tech, Tori Tien, upon arrival. Unfortunately, he did not seem to understand my concerns and proceeded to file off the gel and apply new builder gel without addressing my questions or offering any recommendations.
