This was my second time here and there is a very distinct manor in how they treat new people. The staff was very unfriendly & unwelcoming. The tech did my nails the way she wanted nothing how I’d asked her to. I do not like my nails told her I didn’t like them and after being here for over three hours I am not staying a minute longer. I used to really love this salon, but their inability to be timely is insane. The last 5 or 6 times I’ve been here, I’ve waited 45 minutes even after making an appointment as they’re usually starting someone else when I walk in the door. The nail service itself is good, but don’t walk into this place if you have somewhere you need to be. I do feel like they’re a bit steep in prices as well, especially after going to professionals who are doing it out of their homes.

My mother and I had an appointment with Cathy and Mya and they did amazing with both sets! Took their time and paid close attention to detail.
