I rarely leave negative reviews, but I honestly left this appointment wanting to cry. My daughter and I were so excited for a special mother/daughter nail day while on vacation — something relaxing and memorable we could enjoy together. Instead, I left feeling rushed, disappointed, and upset after spending nearly $400. Fantastic experience as a first-time walk in customer during Memorial Day weekend. They had so many appointments but squeezed me in with friendliness and grace. I have to recommend Vanessa for her exceptional service. Sometimes you can get sub par services when you are a walk in and only ask for the "classic" pedicure or manicure, but Vanessa treated me like I had asked for the real Princess treatment! It was a nice place to come for Mother’s Day with my daughter
Belle did amazing. She gave me what I wanted and other places said they couldn't do to natural nails. She was so kind and did my 4 little girls nails and was so sweet to them. They fit me right in and got us all done together even though they were busy.
