I called ahead of time to ask if they do polygel and said yes so I scheduled appt. When I got there during the nail prep the lady was trying to tell me polygel is the same as acrylic which is not because I had gotten polygel prior to visiting this location. The lady ended up ignoring my request and used acrylic instead. It was a last minute appt before thanksgiving so I just let her do acrylic even though that was not what i requested. Nail art was ok i guess. I’ll leave the inspo and the result.

Simply a lovely experience! Karen was wonderful and shaped my nails perfectly. I had come in with a brand new botched set and she was so understanding and helpful. She took the time to soak off the set i came in with which i really appreciated. Tania painted the new set and took the time to make sure they were all done so well! Absolutely will be coming back when i need a fill!
