Not impressed with their design ability. I came in for a simple leopard print design after asking to get them done with their most experienced tech and ended up having to do a completely different design due to the incapability of the technician. The design just looked like blobs on the tip of my nails. They also used the incorrect powder colors and ended up having my nail base as a light brown which completely ruined my nails.
I get my lashes done by lily and she always does an amazing job I love them everytime!
Quality hasn't been as good as when I first went. Last 2 times I have come with a picture been told they can do it and have walked out disappointed each time as they weren't able to match it. First was a flat matte tip and second was glass nails....which I was told is cats eye but it isn't. Also note to everyone reading reviews....this place gives a discount if you leave a 5 star review....thats why it has so many 5 stars!
