Had a gel fill today. I was consistently “burnt” when the nail technician was drilling off my previous fill (which I got in the same place). I also got a cut on my finger where she skimmed my skin. Even though it was clear I was in pain, she didn’t offer an apology. While I was having my colour applied she was speaking in another language to her co- workers and laughing. Horrible.. they laugh when they know your upset about your nails.. and I told them what I wanted and showed them but looks bad, and doesn’t even look like the photo. I was literally on the urge of crying but I tried my hardest to hold it in, and the one lady asked if I was “bleeding”.. like, what the heck.. no I am not and I’m like this because my nails are so ugly. I never thought I would cry over nails but these were just not it… these people are mean..

I have had foot surgery. I know what I require as my hands are fused. I paid cash, gave a 20% tip and came out having to go home and attend to my own foot. Not happy.
