I had a very disappointing experience at Glamour Nails. I got a gel manicure, and within four days it was already peeling — which should not happen with gel polish. I returned to ask them to fix it, and instead of addressing the quality issue, they asked if I wanted a different color. I told them I was fine keeping the same color but would do whatever they recommended. I mentioned maybe changing the color if the original polish had been too thick. I went in to have a manicure done with French tip gel, first I didn’t get a manicure done, second the nail tech wanted me to have long nails (which I don’t like them on myself) so he decided to just dip my nails and no white tip! Plus I was asked to sit in one station and while I was waiting I saw the other customer left and and the nail tech asked me to move where the other customer was without changing instruments! 🤯 today is my second day with my nails “done” and they are already chipping. It was unfortunately the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. My nails were filed inconsistently, she did not clean underneath them, and I left looking as though I hadn’t had a manicure at all. I even pointed out the issues, and she tried to file after everything was already dry, but time was short and I had to go. She also forgot to apply lotion to my hands and feet. Overall, it was just not a good experience.
