I don’t typically ever write back reviews but my god. I got my nails done on a Monday and by Wednesday 4 nails had completely popped off not half broke or chipped popped off completely. Then I called the first thing the lady said was omg what did you do I told her nothing. I literally put my hand in my pocket to grab my phone and came out with half my nails gone.for $105 this was unacceptable. I had such a great experience at this nail salon. The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing, which makes the visit comfortable from the moment you walk in. Niki is truly the best master for eyebrows — very precise, professional, and she knows exactly how to shape them perfectly. I’m always very happy with the results. They also do beautiful nails. I didn’t like my nails at all. They look ugly, the French tip was terrible, and they’re already chipping. I paid $60 for this. When I asked for a design, he tried, but after I asked him twice politely, he just removed the charms and said I was wasting them. Terrible service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
