Check previous posts! They are true!!! A woman confirmed I could come in for a manicure and explained that it may be a slight wait, totally fine by me because I did not have an appointment. I get there and the man rudely asks me who said I could come ????? And that they don’t have time and I came too late ????? He was so rude and dismissive and I walked out of there before he could even look back up cause it was extremely off putting. I would not spend a dime here with these strange people
I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:30 am appointment, planning to choose polish colors. The manager was very rude and unfriendly, lying about the appointment time, telling me I was wrong and insisting that my appointment was at 11 am. She said to return in an hour and dismissed my objections in a nasty way. There is no point in even making an appointment if they are still going to make you wait over an hour
Needed a last minute and it was in the neighborhood. Waste of money. Nails were already smudged and needed repair when I walked out. Did not use fresh sterile equipment Nail polish was old The entire place made me want to take a shower after. I rarely write reviews but I felt it was important to warn others
