Honestly, save your money and go elsewhere. Went in for a French/dip mani. After multiple people tried, they weren’t able to successfully do the French design. They then sent me home with the base color on my nails and charged me a full price for it. When I tried to talk about it with them, they gaslit me and said it was my fault for not making an appt with someone I liked and they said the other people were capable of doing the design well enough but just not to my liking. I’ve encountered racism at this establishment. I will no longer be getting my nails done here
Service is great, but unfortunately the ambience and environment are not on par. I am getting a pedicure as I type this. The lady on my left is watching Tik Toks loudly on her phone - no headphones, and the lady to my right is loudly gossiping on the phone. It's disgusting. A lot of people have NO manners, but the establishment should enforce a no phone policy as other salons do. Definitely not a relaxing experience.
Tammy did an amazing job with my pedicure!!! Hadn’t gotten a pedicure in a couple of months so they needed to be cleaned up and she did a perfect job with my cuticles. She also did a great job with the actual painting. I couldn’t be happier with the service!
