I walked into this location for a pedicure and a refill. There were three customers and three customer service representatives. One representative asked me what I needed. I told her a pedicure and a fill-in. One of the representatives said that they couldn’t do it.. I asked if this was by appointment only. I came in for a simple fill in and the woman normally sitting at the front desk did my nails which should have been my first red flag because I’ve visited this location numerous times and I have never seen her work on nails.
