I used to go here regularly been supporting since they were in Walmart but stopped they never have availability . They say they talk walk ins but they act like it’s a problem or no one is ever available so try to make appointments as requested no one is ever available.

Bad customer service. Walked in for services(would have spent a lot, gel nail, manicure, waxing) and they talked to each other in Vietnamese for about 5 minutes. So, I left. This shop didn't appear clean either so maybe it was for the best. Be careful who you turn off to your business or who you judge walking into the door. Bad move "Glamour Nails" - I tip extremely well.

I walked into this location for a pedicure and a refill. There were three customers and three customer service representatives. One representative asked me what I needed. I told her a pedicure and a fill-in. One of the representatives said that they couldn’t do it.. I asked if this was by appointment only. She said “no we take walk-ins but basically yes, we take it by appointment”.??? I told her that I was visiting from Virginia Beach and it just was a bad first impression for someone who’s visiting.
