I always go to Serena at Glamour Nails and she never disappoints! She’s so talented, detail-oriented, and makes sure my nails look perfect every time. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely my go-to nail salon!
So our appointment was at 10:30 (even though I originally asked 11 and was flexible to do 10:30). We waited 40 minutes and my friend waited an hour after our scheduled time. We should not be waiting an hour if we have an appointment. When we sat down for our appointment there were previous client’s nail clippings on the table.
