I had a scheduled appointment, was asked to wait 5-15 minutes multiple times, ended up waiting 1.5 hours, and still paid full price. The nails were okay, but the time management and communication were disappointing

They take their time with each customer and never make you feel rushed, which makes the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. My nails always turn out beautiful, and I leave feeling valued as a customer. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service!
Serena and her team are amazing! booking an appointment with any of the techs is super easy through their online system. even if there is low availability they do their best to squeeze anyone in looking to get their nails done! everyone is so friendly and dedicated. would highly recommend to anyone!
