I have always been happy with the service every time I go there. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Yesterday I had a gentleman that did my pedicure. I felt that my pedicure was rushed. I only received a 5 minute massage when it was suppose to be 10 minutes. There were other customers getting a pedicure that were there before me and my pedicure was done before theirs. I was disappointed with my service.
Never am one to leave a review but HIGHLY DONT recommend this place! The Gel-X nails i got popped off right when i got home and i went back the next day to get them redone and they came off AGAIN??! At this point i should’ve been offered a refund but I went back and the guy who did my nails just did a manicure this time and was EXTREMELY HARSH with my nails almost as if its my fault the nails were done poorly multiple times. Terrible. I got my nails done, and today all of them are swollen and have cuts. I’m in so much pain. Ps This is not normal. You do not sterilize your tools. I am going to see a doctor, and if I need treatment and have to pay for the visit, I will contact you. Do you have insurance?
they were excellent and even recreated gel design in two nails that i needed fixed from another salon!
