Went in to have my previous gel removed and they electric filed my nails so thin that one was practically a piece of tissue paper. The woman was also very rough with my hands and I said “ow” more than once when she filed too hard or pulled my attached gel up off the nail without loosening it wit acetone first. When I told her my gel nails are usually acetone soaked off at other salons she said that only powder is soak off and gel has to be filed, which I know for a fact is not true.
