Went in to have my previous gel removed and they electric filed my nails so thin that one was practically a piece of tissue paper. The woman was also very rough with my hands and I said “ow” more than once when she filed too hard or pulled my attached gel up off the nail without loosening it wit acetone first. When I told her my gel nails are usually acetone soaked off at other salons she said that only powder is soak off and gel has to be filed, which I know for a fact is not true. You get what you pay for, the ladies are very nice but my nails started chipping the next day and and my nails weren’t trimmed evenly. Apart from the nail cutting and filing, everything else was really good. They only take cash or venmo
