Have been coming to this location since they opened last year and have only ever had great experiences. All of the staff are amazing, but Emily has always done the best manicures and does perfect nail art every single time. Cannot recommend Glamour Newmarket enough!
I went on Tuesday to get a solar gel refill. It was my first time at Glamour. One nail broke Thursday; I went back to get it fixed. Another broke Friday (today). It’s after 7, so the salon is closed and you can’t make an appt for nail fixes on their website. Their voicemail isn’t set up. Not a great first experience. Likely won’t go back again.
2nd visit with Emily she did a great job !
