I have been a customer for many years they know me and we have a very good professional relationship, so I thought I went in on Thursday all the lash techs know me but for some reason when she was done I felt my eyes burning cause she used so much glue and my lashes were long heavy which I never have gotten . Made an appointment to relax and have a great service. For some reason today tech was in quite the rush trying to get to walk ins. Got left with a terrible cut which was pointed out then doused with alcohol without warning. absolutely rude behavior from the front. I am escalating this legally and financially. Edit: You do not. You were very nasty to me. This is not fraud. They will cut you. Be careful and make sure you watch them clean their tools. Once you get infected with something you cannot go back.
