I had my hair done at this place for the first time, it was a disaster from beginning to end of the entire process of getting my hair done at this place. It was horrifying the stylist did a terrible job and didn’t know what she was doing at all and she did not provide the hair cut nor the hairstyle I had requested for my hair. We had an appointment this morning for my mom’s hair, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. I showed the stylist multiple reference photos and explained in detail exactly what we wanted. Despite that, the result was far from acceptable. The stylist who worked on my mom’s hair clearly lacked the skill and confidence to cut or style properly. It was obvious she was inexperienced. Completely destroyed my daughter’s hair! she saves her money and it has been destroyed left the bleach on too long, the wrong color! Would never recommend this place, she is home crying because of this, first picture is what she wanted, second is what they left her with, and third is what it use to look like, and the last is her ear! her hair has never been touched, never colored and now it’s a mess, I’m beyond angry and disappointed, the color wouldn’t even grab because it was over treated!!! Thankfully I was refunded.

No escribo reviews pero esto es una crítica de organización porq no creo q todo haya salido mal por falta de conocimiento de la estilista. El 10 de mayo tenía cita de Keratina a las 5pm con Erika, ahorre dinero para hacerme el tratamiento. Llegué a las 5 puntual y estaban full de trabajo.
