Rabaya is the best! I used to do my eyebrows and upper lip with her years ago and loved it. I moved away, came back 4 years later and went back to her. She did my entire face, and let’s just say I’m happy to be back to her! My eyebrows and face will be looking their best!
She does a great job with the eyebrows. Definitely going back

The worst experience ever. She was 10 minutes late and couldn't finish the work because she insisted that her appointment is 15 minutes.
