Why one star? Because I had to. This place really needs to teach some customer service. I made my appointment with "TT" - paid the $27 upfront to book it. When the day came I was asked by her to reschedule due to her being out of town later than expected. I understood and said "Sure. That is no problem." Then the next day, I was informed by her that she was at her other job until 3pm and asked me if after 3pm that day was a good time to proceed with appointment. ❤️ Love my hair !!! Hate it's time to wash it because my hair is still pretty straight . Wrapping it every night it lasted, even at the beach 2 hrs. I wrapped it and wore a silk scarf. The 1st picture is 2 weeks after my Silk Press and it was humid all week...The 2nd is today 3 weeks in exactly. My Silk Press is awesome ! Yes my hairdresser did that !
