Usually a great place to send my wife for her nails but the most recent time(last Wednesday) I sent her to see Elly and I guess she was sick so they had another girl do the nails, Kim maybe? To say the least, we are quite disappointed. Less than a week and we had to go back to have 3-4 fixed and a couple days later theyre chipping again.
this place is very unreliable in the fact that I will go in and they do a great job with the nails and other tines it’s terrible and they are extremely disrespectful. Getting acrylics off is EXTREMELY rushed instead of soaking them they pry them off with another fake nail, it’s painful and damaging to my nails. I have also experienced employees laughing at clients. Like literally they come over point and laugh with the person who is doing your nail.
Awesome job for the manicure with Shellac. However I feel like she was in a rush while doing my pedicure. Didn’t clean thoroughly, neither remove all the cuticles. Just rushing to put the nail polish.
Elly is so great. I always leave happy and get so many compliments. I could not recommend her more!
Mia did an absolutely amazing job on my pedicure and manicure. Her attention to detail is outstanding, and everything was done with care and precision. My nails look flawless and lasted beautifully. Highly recommend her work!
