I was honestly so excited to support. Purchased some products and it took weeks for it to be ready. After opening the products, I realized there was an error with one product and contacted her. She told me i could go back and return them because she didn’t check them beforehand, but ignored me the day after. The drive is more than 30 minutes, after weeks of waiting for everything, for someone who is dedicated to their business, all this just seems so unprofessional to me.
