Have been here twice for a pedicure. First time I was cut and bleeding. Second time was much better, however when I went to pay for all 3 of us, I paid with Venmo, was told they didn't get it, so sent it again. Now I have been trying to get a refund from the owners. Since I double paid. Still waiting on my refund after I sent confirmation that I paid twice!!!!

Extremely long waiting, even if scheduled ahead of time. During the visit kept taking on other customers when they weren't finished with the customers that were there first.

I made an appointment for pedicure and gel french manicure. I was there for 2 hours, because I had to wait for nail tech, but he, at least, did a great job. It was a very unwelcoming experience. The guy who greeted me was super unfriendly, like he didn’t believe I had an appointment. The lady who did my pedicure cut my feet, she was very aggressive with that cheese grater! Excellent nails and friendly staff. Kids friendly. My only criticism is time management. Had set an appointment for 4 people and one had to wait until other three were done. Although slightly irritating because an appointment was made, the quality and kindness made up for it. Will go again.

Mimi is so wonderful and kind. A great person and did a beautiful job on my nails. Highly recommend!! 💗💗💗🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
