I came here about 3 weeks ago and am still dealing with an infection. The place is dark which is nice. My nail tech was unable to communicate with me but another tech was able to translate. She cut me deeply twice. I should have just left after seeing how the gel was removed so roughly with the drill. I went for French toes. I left a review about a year ago after having gone to this nail salon for many years and gave them 5 stars.When I went in about 5 weeks ago, I was charged more money for keeping my nails the same length since my last fill. I was told it was because my nails were long. They were no longer then I have always had them and I was never charged before. I will not be going back here again. I will miss Alicia doing my pedicures though.
