They do nice work but this low rating is based on length of time it takes to complete a service. It has taken over an hour and 10 minutes to get a pedicure the last 3 times I was here. All 3 visits of which I would have also liked to get a manicure but I just don't have that kind of time. Sorry.
I had a basic manicure & pedicure. It seems like a small family business which I support. I loved that it's very quiet, calm and they played great music like jazz, lounge pop such like Laufey. They have massage chairs in the pedicure section and I'm obsessed. I enjoyed so much my full body massage. The pedicure was great! Sharon did a really good job cleaning, shaping, massaging my feet and then painted them beautifully. The manicure was also a success. second time calling for an appointment for this place, and for the second time i go in with AN APPOINTMENT and they said they “can’t take me” because whoever is supposed to take me is “tired,” i understand it can be a tiring job, but it is disrespectful to agree to take me in with a prior appointment if when i drive and get over there you can’t take me in!! completely disrespectful
My pedicure was very well done, but my manicure was a mess. A young man paints my nails and was nice and all but after waiting for it to dry I go to my car and it gets messed up. I come in he “fixes it” and it gets messed up again. I come back in and ask for a refund because it took me 2 hours for a basic manicure that I know will get messed up again because it was badly done and they refuse to give me a refund.
