I haven’t slept so well since perimenopause! Since getting a testosterone pellet at GlamMD Rejuvenations, I fall asleep when my head hits the pillow and the next thing I know, it’s morning! Even if I something wakes me up in the night, I get right back to sleep. With better sleep, I am much more regular with my morning yoga practice and more energetic with other exercise.
