I went in just for a wig consultation. Nita was nice and down to earth. She went over everything and tried her best in satisfying what I what looking for and assured me she can make it look like I wanted. I will update this review once services have been completed. As I now, I would recommend. UPDATE: Never had a wig done because she was not willing to assist me and ordering what I needed on her site. Mind you, I know nothing about hair or wigs. Nita is awesome!!! When I arrived,on time, for my appointment she was waiting and ready. She gets 5 stars for that alone. There was no wait time. She, immediately, got started with my service. She did a quick consultation regarding my desired end result. She was very confident and shared her professional expertise. She was appropriately social during the appointment. Also, she was not taking incoming calls that would result in a delay of service completion. The end result is fabulous!!!

I just love love Nita! I have been natural for over 4 years. I have been wearing protective styles and this was my first time to get a wig. It is gorgeous and I absolutely love it!!! She has amazing customer service and so friendly.
