Gaby was amazing! She went through every step of the way with my facial, and made my brows beautiful! I left feeling the best i have felt in a long time. The place was clean and people were friendly as well!

Sofia did a fabulous job with waxing and lash lift/tint services. Despite being third trimester pregnant she made sure I was physically and emotionally comfortable and demonstrated competence and professionalism throughout my lengthy appointment. Will absolutely return for future services and would recommend this stylist to others.

I had an appointment today 6/10 at 4pm with Sofia for Dermaplaning. I showed up to the salon and the entire place was closed and no one was answering my calls or messages either. I confirmed all of my reminders, paid the deposit, and drove all the way from Albany just to be no-showed by the aesthetician. I waited in the parking lot for over 10 minutes now and there was still no sign of anyone at the establishment. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I wanted to see what this place was about because I needed my eyebrows done. The day I walked in last week, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk and was standing there for 10 minutes. I called out “hello” but no answer. How can you run a business like this just to ignore new customers?? Terrible customer service so far and glad never went back to waste any more of my time.
