Generally I don't write negative reviews, but after thinking this over for a bit, decided to say something. Day of, was texted that they needed to push the appointment out. Ok then. When I got to the shop, no one was in reception and I got a text that they're still running late. Ok. Then another text about 8 mins later to come back. When I get back, Marissa is pleasant, room is clean. She starts taping my lower eyelashes down and her hands reek of which makes me wonder if she washed her hands. Super unprofessional! My first and only experience with this establishment. I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday at 10:15am. Someone employed there rescheduled it for 9:45am that same day without even calling to ask if I was available at that time. I was still willing to come. At 7am on the morning of the appointment, they took it upon themselves to reschedule it AGAIN but for the next day at 9:45am. Again without consulting me.
