This guy is a snake in the grass, do not trust him at all. He thought his client should be able to trespass on my property with all of his family and friends a month prior to closing , they also tried to pull the cracked heat exchanger on my Furnance trick, buyer wanted air conditioning thought I would fall for their lies. Horrible horrible experience with this man and Cole realty from Geneseo, all I have to say is karma always gets you and they will both get theirs someday.
