Not the experience I forseen and made it very clear that I was looking for information but was only given time to try on wigs and then checked out. No knowledge was provided. Disappointing.
We went to the store last Saturday. My mom is going through chemo and had lost most of her hair so we took her in for a wig. It was a very hard for my mom, she has always been very attached to her hair and was struggling with losing it. They had a great selection and were able to find 2 fabulous wigs for Mom. Kim really took care of her and made a very difficult experience as pleasant as it possibly could be. She was kind, gentle and compassionate. I went in to the shop thinking I wanted a wig but after trial and error Kim helped me figure out what would really suit my purposes the best was a long topper. Thanks Kim I love what we finally came up with!
