I schedule an appointment at this salon. My hairstyle was not professionally l done. I contacted the Hairstyler (LaTonya) and she literally is ignoring me not responding. To professional to be unprofessional. Only go here to get specific services. If a hairstylist does bad hair they give partial refund, or ask to fix the hair. She ignores you..
Go see Trisha. I had a partial and haircut, the first haircut is free, that was a nice bonus and surprise. Several people have complimented on my hair how pretty it looks.
Called and never identified themselves as a salon. I thought I called a private home. Rude and hung up on me.
Knowledgeable; Tonya has been attending the best classes there are to continue assisting her clients on their healthy hair journeys. Caring enough to tell it to you straight. Understanding enough to know some clients need time to adjust to being healthy and stylish at the same time.
