I am a longstanding customer here. I generally see only 1 technician in particular but this day she was off. I made appointments for 3 people. Before my time given I was called and asked to move the time to a half hour later. Once the 3 of us got there we were told it would be a “few” more minutes. After a long “few” minutes finally one by one we were placed with a tech. All 3 of us had given the technicians a description of what we were looking for. Just got my nails done today with a friend. We both had reference pictures as to what nail design we wanted done. Even after questioning the design being put onto my nail, the nail tech assured me otherwise. Once they were finished, they looked absolutely nothing like the picture I had wanted. Not only were the pearls the wrong size, but she only put them onto one nail instead of both. She also added chrome to the nail which took away from the entire french tip, making them appear pink and yellow in the light. My friend on t... read more
