I visited Glam Hair Crafters for my niece's manicure, and when I showed Jocelyn a photo of the desired nail design, she completely disregarded it. Despite my sister's request for a regular manicure, Jocelyn proceeded to do a gel manicure. Her service was extremely poor, and her attitude was rude. What's more, the owner had the nerve to ask for a tip, which seemed utterly entitled. Tips should reflect the quality of service, and in this case, it wouldn't be warranted.
Glam Nails and Hair Crafters is a true gem! The work they do is absolutely top-tier—the designs are flawless, creative, and long-lasting. You can tell they put real care into every detail. Appreciated the professional service and the overall vibe here. Prices were reasonable and salon is very clean. Love the “princess chairs” for the little ones wanting service. Bring cash to pay!
